Just wanted to give a quick update on things. I have not been writing in blog, but there was nothing to write about.
I skipped to go and game this weekend, I figured out while I am generally ok with the diet to work, I am not able to walk for hours or do anything physical for prolonged amount of time.
I will certainly however go and game this weekend, it’s been a 4 weeks now and I need to get back to game.
Instead I spent a lot of time playing online poker again (8.5 hours on Saturday lol), I also took some poker coaching to plug some leaks in my game and pretty happy about it.
The last thing, diet; It goes ok, in 3 weeks I dropped 12.5lb (5.5kg), I am currently trying to lose another 10lb (4.5kg), but I am out of the diet to eat normal food, but still going to limit amount of meals to once a day and see how things progressing. If I will see that I still losing at least 1.5-2lb a week I will keep it this way, if not I am going back to diet for another 2 weeks.
I am so sick of eating seafood 6 days a week, I have to get back to normal food lol
